The Great Blue Heron is one of my favorite birds. I always feel blessed when I catch a glimpse of one. I carved this image in the Sgrafitto Technique. The contrast of the black and white image is balanced by the soft green glaze. I create my pieces to be used in daily life. Enjoy!
